Echovoice Startup Error

I have had my Logitech G15 for a while & I've been using Echovoice no bother for a while, but now whenever I start my PC up it says this every time: "Only one update engine at a time" - image attached.

I tried the uninstall & install again but it's still coming up. Its also still on the same version v1.14 as when I installed it.

Another prob is that when I clicked on the LCD Panel config for my Logitech, Echovoice crashed & its never started up again so I don't know my stats now for CS:S.

So does anyone know what to do & does the guy that made it still around on these forums or is he on the G15 one, thanks?

i am still here and working on the next version...

ok a couple things, first the config button does not do anything, i never finished that code and i am far to into the next version to write a patch

try xxxfantas uninstaller, i don't remember exactually where he posted it on the forums but it should "nuke" echovoice and remove everything, then redownload the file from echovoice usa mirror

i remember an older release had trouble with the update engine not working but the current version should work perfectly

also what logitech drivers are you using, i found the new ones are terrible, my wont show up sometimes even if its running, and its something they did because it works with the old ones

Once I can do that I can download it again from your site. I've always had the 114 version installed & had it running fine for a while until recently last week.

About the config button; when I clicked on it, it disappeared from my Logitech LCD Control Panel & now I can't get it back unless I reinstall it again, is there a quicker way to get it back please

For my Logitech G15 keyboard, I've got version 1.02.218 (03/06/2006) and this appears to be the latest version. I've never had any trouble with these drivers or the older ones. I've also got a Logitech 518 mouse but thats fine as well, this issue is with just the Echovoice app.

EDIT: I've just went through the Echovoice prog folder & clicked on the G15 Echovoice Gamer Statistics app. and the Echovoice app has appeared in my LCD Control Panel & its also appeared now on my LCD screen. This may or may not stop the update error at startup but I'll post back later with the result because it might others here

yup, and with the next version not being g15 dependent a whole new group of users

the config button should just show a message indicating that the feature is not yet implemented... i would reinstall

yea i don't know about the new software, we had no issues with it not showing up and the config button until they updated it, but it doesn't matter because the software does not need to show up in there anyway
