every game server will run open when no tourmnet is being played on it, so pacially we have enough machines to run every game on its own server so they will run 24 hours

how are we communicating among teams?
there isnt an internet connection right?
so we cant use VENTRiLO
i would hate to use ingame :/ but is there anything we could do to get better voice?

local teamspeak server, internet only for steam games
